ReplyDeleteHave you gotten him any books yet? I almost got him Where The Wild Things Are since the main character is named Max, but I decided it wouldn't fit in the box. Do you have any must haves? I'll keep my eyes open if there are some special ones you're looking for. They're so expensive so I get us a book every christmas to add to our collection.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite 2 year olds really loves the Llama Llama books and she has a great book called On the Day You Were Born, that is quite scientific for different age groups. Kohls has some Eric Carle books for $5 each that are also a charity program and they have a plushie that goes with the book for another $5. I've gotten at least 3 of those including the Very Hungry Caterpillar. Carle has a great book about seahorses that has a lot of other ocean-life in it.
Can you tell that I love kid's books? :) As an only child many of the characters I grew up with were such good friends.
