What I did this week: Still breastfeeding/pumping. I started some light weight training and a very easy ab workout. I plan to gradually increase my strength training and cardio this coming week, again that is provided that the weather cooperates.
Weight: 144, so up a pound from last week. In my defense it was my birthday this weekend and we were visiting home and ate out quite a few times.
Waist: 29.25 inches, down 1/4 inch.
Oh that boy! He's starting to put on some weight, it looks like. Bring on those chunky monkey cheeks!
