Tomorrow's the big day

The big appointment is in a little over 12 hours.  I meet tomorrow with my OBGYN to determine what the next step is for us.  I'm hoping that she is going to order some tests to see if we can figure out where the problem lies, but at the same time I'm dreading it because I know it means having blood drawn.  Yuck.  I'll try to post an update after tomorrow's appointment.
